Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains what information Site Audit Plan collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the app you accept this policy.

Local project/report data: titles, descriptions, dates, client, reference, regular assignees and similar fields you enter.
Photos & annotations: images you capture or import and annotations you create.
Files: PDFs/XLSX plans or exported reports saved on the device.
Identifiers: UUIDs generated for each report and each grouped project.
App settings: preferences such as “save photos to gallery” and marker colour.
Advertising identifiers: used by Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for ad delivery.

Store and display projects, reports, photos, annotations and settings locally on your device.
Generate local PDF/XLSX reports and support local sharing (via device share sheet).
Provide in-app ads via Google Mobile Ads.
Create UUIDs to uniquely identify reports/projects for future sharing/sync functionality.

Data is stored on your device (local SQLite database and files) and remains until you delete it.
No automatic cloud backup or sync is performed unless you enable a future opt-in sync feature (you will be informed and asked to consent).
If you enable any cloud/share feature later, that use will be disclosed and require explicit consent.

Data is not sold.
Data is shared only:
- With advertising partners (AdMob) for ad delivery.
- When you explicitly export or share a report (e.g., send a PDF).
- To comply with legal requests.
Third-party libraries used for functionality (PDF viewer, image handling, AdMob, uuid, etc.) operate per their own policies; they do not receive your app data except where required for ads or sharing.

Permissions are requested at runtime and used only for the stated features.

Data is stored on-device using platform storage; standard OS protections apply.
No default encryption; if you require encrypted storage, provide direction and we can implement it.

The app is intended for adults. It is not targeted at children under 13.

Delete projects, photos, annotations in-app at any time.
Disable “save photos to gallery” in Settings.
If/when cloud features are offered you must opt in; you may revoke access later.

Ads served by Google Mobile Ads may collect anonymized device and usage data in accordance with Google’s policies.
You can opt out of personalized ads via device settings (AdMob controls as provided by Google).

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be posted in the app and on the store listing. The effective date will be updated.

This policy is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
