Reports
How do I create a new report?
On the home page tap the "+ Add Report" button to generate a new report.
What formats can reports be exported in?
Reports can be exported in PDF and Excel formats.
How do I create a new project?
On the home page swipe to the left to navigate to the projects page. Then tap the "+ Add Project" button to generate a new project that you can assign reports to.
How do I add details to a report?
when creating a new report you will be navigated to the report details page. Here you can add details about the report
How do I add issues to the report?
On the issue list page select the "+ Add Issue" button.
What details can I add to a single issue?
You can add a title, description, assignee, completion status, up to three photos and a location on a site plan.
How do I add a site plan?
On the issue list page or an issue detail page select the floating button at the bottom right of the screen. This will navigate you to the plan view page where you can upload a PDF file of your site.
How do I delete a report
On the report list page long press on a report to select it. Then at the top of the screen tap the delete icon.
How do I duplicate a report?
On the report list page long press on a report to select it. Then at the top of the screen tap the duplicate icon.
Can I import multiple photos from my device gallery
Yes. On the issue list page tap the multiple image icon on the top right of the page, select the images you want to upload and each will be added as a new issue.
Can tasks be assigned to specific people?
Yes, issues can be assigned to owners. Regular asignees can be added to each project for easy adding to issues.
Can I annotate my photos?
Yes, you can add annotations to your photos which are added to the reports generated.
Customisation
Can I add a logo?
Yes, on the report details page select the "More Report Details" button and select "New Logo" from the list. you can add the logo via your camera or device gallery.
Can I change the report theme?
Yes, you can change the colour theme of the report from the "More Report Details" page.
Can I add a signature?
Yes, navigate to the "More Report Details" page and select "Add Signature". You can either draw or upload a photo of your signature.
Can I alter the size of report photos?
Yes, you can adjust the size of photos in the report from the "More Report Details" page. Select between small, medium or large.
Are photos I take in the app saved to my device?
You can select whether to save photos or not in the "More Report Details" page.
Data
Can I transfer or sync reports and projects between devices?
No, currently this is not supported. We aim to make this feature available in a future update.
Can I edit my reports on other devices?
No, currently this is not supported. We aim to make this feature available in a future update.
Can I export all the reports in a project at once?
No, currently this is not supported and the user has to export each report individually. We aim to make this feature available in a future update.
